With a maximum 266 miles of all-electric range, a new Lexus RZ can power nearly four round trips between San Marcos and San Diego. The Lexus RZ has an all-electric drivetrain with a 72.8-kWh battery pack. Dual electric motors for the Lexus RZ 450e models generate 308 total system horsepower. New FWD (front-wheel drive) models deliver 201 total horsepower and have increased the range of the Lexus RZ. Available DIRECT4 all-wheel drive has several benefits, including stable handling, low power consumption, and superior acceleration. The Lexus RZ' eAxle is a high-output electronic axle that increases cruising range by integrating the motor, inverter, and transaxle. Drive Mode Select offers five settings.
